PTO (Paid Time Off)

Full-time employees accrue 40 hours of PTO after 1 year of employment.  Thereafter, 40 hours of PTO accrue every 6 months of employment until an employee completes 8 years of employment at which time 80 PTO hours will accrue on the anniversary date and 40 hours every 6 months following the anniversary date of hire.

 

 

Paid Holidays

Capco offers 8 paid holidays to employees (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Employee Birthday).  Eligibility is 90 calendar days after their hire date, with the exception of the employee birthday holiday, which is earned after completing 1 full year of service.

  • Design and evaluate explosive manufacturing processes to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency
  • Perform hazard risk assessments on explosive manufacturing processes, material handling, and material storage
  • Design loading, pressing, crimping, blending, and safe handling methods; including fixtures and tooling, detailed work instructions, process troubleshooting, and testing

Essential Functions (include but not limited to)

  • Responsible for development, implementation, and monitoring all materials by management of raw materials, stock room, work-in-process, finished goods and precision tooling in accordance with inventory schedules and practices
  • Provide leadership and guidance of inventory processes, audit schedule and procedures, and inventory best-practices for medium/large manufacturing firms; directs inventory storage and stock locations, cycle counts, and distribution activities
  • Lead materials team with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions; improve production visibility for inventory posture and accuracy with ERP, teach and train personnel on proper utilization of system
  • Provide a 100% inventory accuracy level for stock levels and coordinate/execute the inventory and audit processes for monthly and annual close-out, analyzes inventory for trends, reconciliations, and root cause analysis
  • Forecast, plan, and develop accurate stock level visibility of inventory levels for all product lines and conducts inventory analysis for solving problems in a timely manner
  • Monitor production schedules and improve supply chain ensuring the right assets are in the right place, at the right time.
  • Supervise, advise, and oversee stock room and material handling personnel; ensure inventory team is actively engaged to meet daily demands, processes, and schedules

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting a diverse talent pool

Essential Functions (including but not limited to)

  • Process (daily) Bank Deposits and forward details to Accounting Supervisor and Controller
  • Download governmental customer invoices from online payments processing system
  • Prepare and issue commercial customer invoices
  • Record/enter all customer invoices into A/R system
  • Update/maintain project contract reconciliations/files
  • Update customer information (changes) in accounting system
  • Prepare/update monthly sales report(s)
